01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

02 Acceptance of Terms

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winmax login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• winmax does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

winmax offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all winmax bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your winmax account in the form of Bonus Funds and are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• winmax reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify any player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to promotions where required.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winmax platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one winmax account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with winmax games or services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in winmax games or systems. Any such exploitation must be reported to winmax immediately.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the winmax platform — including but not limited to the winmax brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of winmax or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the winmax platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any winmax content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any winmax software.
• Use the winmax brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without express written authorization.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winmax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the winmax platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond winmax's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your winmax account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by winmax in good faith in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

winmax's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Suspension & Termination

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy age verification or identity verification requirements.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, winmax will return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to winmax. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

Players may also voluntarily close their winmax account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the winmax platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the winmax support team. winmax will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. winmax's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to applicable Philippine law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

winmax reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, winmax will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the winmax platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the winmax platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the winmax platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
